Meet Our Postpartum Doulas

Rachel Garrison
Postpartum Doula
Rachel is a DONA-certified Postpartum Doula. Rachel worked in the childcare and private nanny field for four years before becoming a postpartum doula. After shadowing another postpartum doula she realized that this would be her life's work.
Rachel wants to make the postpartum experience as joyful and empowering as it can be. She helps each family define what support feels best for their unique family dynamics.
Rachel loves reading, spending time with friends and family and continuously learning about the postpartum experience.

Zofia Vanselow
Postpartum Doula
Zofia is a DONA trained Postpartum Doula. She is a transplanted Londoner who raised her daughter and son with her military spouse in NWFL.
Zofia knows first hand how difficult it is to be so far away from a support system, which is why postpartum work is so close to her heart.
She believes this brief period is a time for nurturing and educating, taking time to honor the mother, emotionally and physically. It is a unique opportunity to empower the mother and set the whole family up for success. With her nest now empty, she wants to help families like yours.
In her spare time, Zofia loves to read, travel, and loves city breaks and hiking. She enjoys the company of those she loves most and cherishes time spent with friends and family.

Tara Lewis
Sibling & Postpartum Doula
Tara is a DONA-trained postpartum doula based in Navarre, FL. As a wife, mother of two adult children, and proud grandmother, she understands the joys and challenges that come with welcoming a new baby.

As a postpartum doula, Tara provides compassionate care to help parents adjust to their new roles with confidence and ease. She loves offering practical support, whether it’s cooking nourishing meals, running errands, organizing spaces to create a calm environment, or caring for the baby so parents can rest and recharge. In addition to postpartum care, Tara also provides sibling doula support, ensuring that older children receive loving attention and care during this time of change. She helps toddlers and older siblings feel included and supported while parents focus on their newborn.

When she’s not supporting families, Tara enjoys spending time with her loved ones, getting outdoors, gardening, and creating fun memories with her husband.
